Sophia Estrella is the founder of Anchored REI, a consulting firm focused on helping real estate investing companies strengthen marketing operations through strategic leadership, operational clarity, and accountability.
Prior to founding Anchored REI, Sophia spent years inside a rapidly scaling real estate investing company, helping build and mature the marketing systems, processes, and leadership structures needed to support growth. Working across lead generation, budgeting, vendor management, performance reporting, brand development, and acquisition strategy, she gained firsthand experience navigating the operational challenges that emerge as companies scale.
Her experience spans direct mail, digital marketing, television advertising, and brand strategy, providing a comprehensive understanding of both customer acquisition and the operational systems required to support sustainable growth. Having worked inside a scaling organization, Sophia understands the importance of visibility, accountability, and alignment across teams, vendors, and marketing channels.
Through Anchored REI, she partners with real estate investing companies seeking stronger marketing leadership, clearer decision-making, and more scalable marketing operations. Outside of work, Sophia enjoys investing in real estate, renovating properties, playing volleyball, and spending time at the beach.
